How to remove a UDA folder?

Hi I'm running into an anoying issue here. We have deployed a UDA called 4years online archive to our users. As we do have some vip users we also created a UDA folder 8 years online to deploy to our vips. So our vips see only there 8 year uda folder and most of the standaard users are seeing there 4 year UDA folder as it should be By accident we added a few people in the 8 year UDA activity who should been in there. So they see both the 4year & 8 year folder We already adjusted the activity, however we  can' t seem to get the folder remvoed from the users mailbox; Any sugestions? thnx

One the activity is corrected you can manually delete them.
