Mailbox Counts
What is the best way to count the number of user mailboxes being archived? I'm using EX with Exchange 2003 and trying to do an inventory of how many EX licenses are being consumed.

go and count the Exchange 2003 mailboxes you archive - only the active mailboxes archived need to be licensed. So, go count the mailboxes on Exchange!
If one user leaves the company and one user joins you, this user can use the EX license... and currently no EX license usage is shown on the license server or can even be calculated.
