SMTP Domain change.
Hello,
We are planning an external smtp domain name change on our exchange organization. Which means the primary address of all mails will change.
Internally the AD domain will not be affected.
What needs to be changed? Will the old message (archived and shortcuted) need to be updated?
Any suggestion would be more than helpful!

when changing an SMTP domain on your email system you should always maintain the legacy address as well e.g. SMTP: John.Doe@neworg.com and the legacy entry smtp: John.Doe@oldorg.com
if this rule is followed then no further changes will be required.
