The timeout you are seeing is it while running a Search using the Web Based client or the Native Client ?

If it is with the Web Base I would contact us (Support) and we can provide you with the correct Registry key to change.

Because it is a registry key we tipically don't post these in the Forums as caution has to be taken when modifying Registry Keys.

From Powerlink, you should see on the main page a link to "chat" or you can follow these menus :

Home > Support > Request Support > Live Chat

Stephane, thank you for the info, but perhaps I jumped back on too late to access that link, I am denied when I try to access it. Can you post an updated link to support so I can get that registry key? Thanks
