Upgrading from 4.2 to 4.x

Question

Does anyone know the proper path to upgrading from 4.2 to 4.x? We will not be able to do a in-place upgrade due to older hardware. Was thinking along the lines of creating a new machine with 4.x and re-queuing the achive to the newer application server. thanks. RS>

I would STRONGLY recommed utlizing Professional services for this type of upgrade.

They will set you on the proper path, and likely save a lot of time, and possible hassle.

I would contact your sales rep, and have them assist you in getting PS on board.
