UserCache 4.70 and windows user profile
Hi there,
anybody had the problem that UserCache for one user on one computer stopped working? With a recreated Windows profile (or logging on with a different user) the UserCache works okay.
For the window profile, where UC is NOT working, the EmailXtender UC register card is not available under TOOLS > OPTIONS.
The machine is a Windows 2000 Pro.
Any idea how to "clean" the windows profile (e.g. in the registry)?
Any help is appreciated.

1.Check in Outlook HELP ABOUT, Disabled Items. Ensure the UC is enabled.
2. check the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EMC\EmailXtender\Message_Store MailboxExpressDir key is has the location of the the EXE.
3. You can Delete the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EMC\EmailXtender\Message_Store" key hive, log back in as the user and launch Outlook to reset UC as well.
