2 languages running in Windows
I have two languages running in my microsoft programs. I am unable to follow instructions because they are in a foreign language. I have Dell Microsoft Windows XP2 2002 Home Edition. Can anyone help me with directions on how to delete the foreign language? I have already gone through the Control Panel, System route and my language is listed as "English", so I don't know where the foreign language came from. Everything was installed from the Dell factory.
