Given that this system is somewhere around 3-3.5 years old, the battery has likely expired of old age. You'll need to purchase a new battery for it.
The design life of a lithium ion/polymer battery is 300-500 charge cycles or 18-24 months, whichever comes first - it's completely normal to have to replace a battery that's over two years old.
Proceed as per the message - the battery has failed and will need to be replaced. If you need a part recommendation, we'll need to know the system model you have.
Not true at all these laptops contain an 18 650 battery four of them to be exact I separated mine charge them all individually I replaced them and still having the same problemit's possible there's a circuit board failure but it's definitely not the battery itself
