Hello

 

I have a delll Dimension 4100 using windows 2K professional. I installed I/O Magic dual 8X dvd burner and then installed the software (pinnacle studio 8, Instant cd/dvd 8, Intervideo WIndvd) The system locked up.  I uninstalled some of the software, but some had no uninstall. I have one progrem that keeps running and I think may be the culprit... iwctrl.exe. How can I delete this safely? I have an old copy of the register.

 

Any help or suggestions is most appreciated.
