dvd-r or dvd+r

lol thats a lot of help.... can i burn dvd+r or dvd-r... who knows since you don't even say if you have a dvd burner lol

I guess what i'm saying is what kind to buy for my Dell Dimension E310 DVD burner.....DVR-r or DVR+r????

I asked what kind of DVD is use.....a DVR-r or DVR+r....I know I have a DVD burner on my computer....lol

Hi Bigpole,

Chances are good that the drive in your system will support both formats; "Plus & Dash". If you would list the name/model of the drive someone could list the User Guide for you to be sure.
If it does support both, then the choice is up to you. Most will purchase both in small quanities at first to see what format their home DVD player prefers.

you could have simply posted what drive you have lol... no one knows what type of dvds you can use until you say what drive... it may do both or it may have only been able to do dvd+r
