I have a demension E310 ...Do I use a dvd-r or dvd+r?

I guess what i'm saying is what kind to buy for my Dell Dimension E310 DVD burner.....DVR-r or DVR+r????
Does anyone know?

Hi Bigpole,
Chances are good that the drive in your system will support both formats; "Plus & Dash". If you would list the name/model of the drive someone could list the User Guide for you to be sure.
If it does support both, then the choice is up to you. Most will purchase both in small quanities at first to see what format their home DVD player prefers.
