error code 200-01-42 validation 75533
hello pls in need help with my dell lap top its been going off and on and some times the screen it flicks and the image on the desktop goes off and on try to run a disk repair but no luck it keeps showing me error code 200-01-42 validation 75533 pls i need urgent help thanks dell inspiron 15R 5521

The hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. If the system is under warranty, report the error and validation code to Dell and they'll send a replacement drive.
If the system is out of warranty, you'll need a new 2.5" SATA drive of the same height as the original (or slimmer, though that may require an adapter). Once you replace the drive, use your recovery media to install Windows and your backup media to restore your data.
