PERC H740P: cannot create addtional virtual storage

We have an existing RAID-10 virtual disk.

We have added 4 new disks to our controller.

In OpenManage Server Administrator when we try to create a new virtual using the virtual disk wizard disk RAID-10, RAID-50 and RAID-60 are not selectable. When we choose RAID-1 we end with the error "Create virtual disk failed".

If Physical Disks the four drives show "Ready". The disks each show "Available RAID Dis Space: 3,725.50GB".

What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
