ECC SP4 vs SP5
I have ECC 5.2 SP3 running on Windows 2003 SP1. We run Solaris8 and 10. Redhat Linux AS# and AS4. I need to upgrade to at least SP4 so I can get host agents for Redhat Linux AS 4 (so I'm told). It appears that I can't use ARM for Redhat AS 4 systems until I do the upgrade. If it matters I'm also expecting some new hardware, probably a DMX 3 series and possibly new Cisco switches (tbd). I'm inclined to so straight to SP 5 any reason I should not? Any big "got ya's" in the upgrade?

Make sure you apply the oracle security patch as well. this is a separate download from powerlink.

Please refer to the release notes for SP5 to get a breakdown for what features each Service Pack added to ControlCenter.
