I believe you will need to download Patch 3322 - Procedure to migrate or recover a single or distributed infrastructure ControlCenter 5.2/6.0 deployment to new hardware - from Powerlink. In your case, it's as if you are moving to ControlCenter to a new machine (in reality you're not obviously).
Your best bet is to have a look at the readme for the patch and then decide if it's applicable for your scenario.
