Assistant Agent issue

Hi, i work in IT Compnay that have more than 100 Dell Vostro Laptops. Last 3 , 4 days we have some issue with Assistant Agent , he consume  more than 8GB RAM , after we stopped , laptops start to work properly.This happens after last update i think.

Disable automated scans from settings icon. 

Set hardware scan frequency to once a month, during the night/whenever the machine is not being used.

But i talk for laptops and they dont wortk at night only in the day , and stil when i start manually to scan, agents doesnt used 8 GB of RAM , this problem appear after last udpate on Support Assistant

Same... my company has nearly 150 Latitude laptops... and in the last week, the SupportAssist began to use too much RAM and collapse the O.S.

@DanielVen​ if this is the case, contact support. 

They will collect system and SA logs while this is happening and escalate to higher level
