Cannot install SA? #2

I'm currently trying to reinstall my support assist after my niece uninstalled it on my laptop. But I kept getting installation failed, unable to install support assist. Please help. what do I need to do for it to be reinstalled?

I followed the video but the last oart of deleting im stuck coz I have deleted the files that the video said but the support assist is still on the list and I cannot install it
