Can't update Dell SupportAssist, doesn't see internet

I saw many threads about that problem and didn't find any working solution. What is going on?! Installer stays on "preparing environment" phase for a long time and then says that it needs internet connection. Tried through Wifi and LAN. Nothing works. Running as administrator doesn't work neither.
