Dell Support Assist
Dell Support Assist in my opinion is a malware, effecting my laptop, crashing my Windows, as well as slowing down my Wi Fi connection, I bought this laptop for over $ 1.200, - and supposed to be gaming computer. Tell you what - isn't , because Support Assist don't let it. When I try to remove this trash from my laptop won't let me no matter what I try. Shame on you dell .

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Have you tried using Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall all of the SA component software apps? It worked for me. I have it for both of my Dell computers. There is a 30-day free trial.
