Fingerprint Sensor Unresponsive-XPS 9380
Hello ,
After my computer sleeps due to a period of inactivity, many times my fingerprint sensor does not work when I try to login and I have to use Pin to login which creates issues.
Kindly suggest a fix !!

Im rarely on the support forum. Sorry for apparently ignoring multiple attempts to reach me. Support Assist feature 'Scan Hardware' does not work as expected. I have tried to run it multiple times and even left it running for 24 hours. it never makes it past 0%
