NEW SUPPORT ASSIST
Inspiron 5477
In new updated Support Assist hardware scan not working. Says to restart computer (Windows 11) which has been done several times but still doesn't work. All other items in new Support Assist completes and ends with check mark.

The my version (4.0) is just buggy to begin with. Its causes stutters every 15 minutes and distort sound and freeze the image when it does so. The solution for me was to set all the support assist task to manual in task manager. For you the problem can be related to the task Dell Techub. Make sure it's running and set to automatically start.
