No "Troubleshoot" Heading in the Latest SupportAssist 4.0.0.51819

Version 4 of SupportAssist lacks Troubleshoot heading, and doesn't seem to have a way to check specific pieces of hardware. I want to test just the keyboard on my Vostro laptop. Can anyone help me find where I can do that in SupportAssist 4? Alternatively, how can I go back to the pre-4 version of SupportAssist? Version 4 may be new, but it's certainly not (IMO) improved.

Thank you.

Hi @Terry Morse :

I uninstalled all SupportAssist-related software from my Inspiron 5584, but you can find a link to the latest Support Assist for Home PCs User's Guide for version 4.0.x on the SupportAssist home page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/dell-supportassist-pcs-tablets/docs.

According to that User's Guide, hardware diagnostics in SupportAssist v4.0.x have been moved to the Support tab.  The section titled "Test the PC Hardware" says "To test the PC hardware, go to the Support page, and click Get started in the Test my hardware card. The I want to troubleshoot my PC section is displayed where you can check a specific piece of hardware or scan the entire PC".
