Performance and compatibility issues when running emulators on Dell systems

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start a discussion around emulator performance and compatibility on Dell systems, especially on Windows 11 with newer GPUs.

I’ve noticed that when running console emulators, performance and stability can vary a lot depending on GPU drivers, power management settings, and display configuration. On some Dell laptops and desktops, small changes like switching between hybrid graphics, updating drivers, or adjusting Windows graphics settings can make a noticeable difference.

I’m curious how other Dell users handle this.
Have you found specific Dell or Windows settings that help improve emulator performance or reduce issues like stuttering, audio sync problems, or crashes? Do you rely mostly on Dell-recommended drivers, or do you use newer GPU drivers directly from NVIDIA/AMD?

Would be great to hear what’s worked for others so far.
