Scan Hardware on Support Assist

Support Assist just won't scan my hardware since December, been on these forums countless times looking for solutions and nothing seems to work, i do have McAfee pre installed on my Laptop like some other folks on here, also tried a uninstall and reinstall, HELP SOS thanks
