SupportAssist Installation Cancel

Hi, 

My laptop model is Inspiron 14 5000 series. The latest SupportAssist installed on my laptop was version 2.0.1 (not so sure, cannot remind :( .)

Recently, I want to run SupportAssist to optimize my laptop. Unfortunately, when I start launching, it keeps "not responding". I search through the dell community and saw some people encountered same issue as mine. Some people told to uninstall and manually install. So I try uninstall and manual install, but it could not reinstall. 

It keeps display this message:

I did restart my laptop and reinstall but still failed.
