Firstly, I'm not seeing this issue on my own Inspiron 5584 laptop because I haven't tried to re-install SupportAssist recently.  I still have v3.10.4.18 (which successfully auto-updated from v3.10.3.3 to v3.10.4.18 on 20-Nov-2022) and the auto-update check does not attempt to push out a v3.11.x update to my Inspiron laptop.

Secondly, it's useless sending DELL-Cares a private message if your service warranty has expired (which is the case for most of the users getting these undocumented SupportAssist v3.11.x installers pushed out to their system) because DELL-Cares isn't interested in providing assistance unless you pay to extend your service warranty or pay for a one-time support ticket, even when the problem appears to be caused on their end by a glitch in the newer installers.

Guys, the issue is resolved after logging to system with Built-in Administrator user.

If it's a domain computer, please try logging with Local Admin user and the application will be installed.

If it's workgroup (personal) computer, try switching the user and preferably with Local Admin user

Hi amangupta051:

It would be helpful if you could post your suggestion in crimsom's 24-May-2022 thread 17 R5, Dell SupportAssist x64 v3.11.2.143 Installation Failed.  I can't test since I'm not having this SupportAssist v3.11.x installer problem, and crimsom's thread seems to be the thread where many users with this problem are posting their feedback.
