Firstly, I'm not seeing this issue on my own Inspiron 5584 laptop because I haven't tried to re-install SupportAssist recently. I still have v3.10.4.18 (which successfully auto-updated from v3.10.3.3 to v3.10.4.18 on 20-Nov-2022) and the auto-update check does not attempt to push out a v3.11.x update to my Inspiron laptop.
Secondly, it's useless sending DELL-Cares a private message if your service warranty has expired (which is the case for most of the users getting these undocumented SupportAssist v3.11.x installers pushed out to their system) because DELL-Cares isn't interested in providing assistance unless you pay to extend your service warranty or pay for a one-time support ticket, even when the problem appears to be caused on their end by a glitch in the newer installers.

Hi amangupta051:
It would be helpful if you could post your suggestion in crimsom's 24-May-2022 thread 17 R5, Dell SupportAssist x64 v3.11.2.143 Installation Failed. I can't test since I'm not having this SupportAssist v3.11.x installer problem, and crimsom's thread seems to be the thread where many users with this problem are posting their feedback.
