SupportAssist not working
SupportAssist is not working on my PC.
It just keeps showing this window and does not go further.

Just answer the question here. No need to PM for service tag. I repeat the question. What is maximum memory does Optiplex 7040 Micro support? The latest manual in 2016 says the system supports 32GB but the spec says 16GB. Both documents are posted on Dell website.

I have exactly the same problem since day one.
I have an Alienware Area 51 R5.
Each time I have to reboot my computer or when it reboots itself after a window update : support assit / Alienware command center and Alienware update dont work anymore. I have to manually disinstal all and install again to have them working till the next power down.
Its quite frustrating ...
Any idea ?
