Updating my SA Profile, error, #2
I'm unable to update any profile information in SupportAssist. Everything is updated (SA, BIOS, etc.). Been a problem for a month. For unrelated reasons, got a new hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Doesn't help. Getting the same "unexpected error...try again later..." message.
Any suggestions?
