We have root cause this issue and marked particular driver as blacklist from SupportAssist and same will be available for you after 24hours.
I would recommend you to click on RunAll button and in case you are getting same recommendation again then install once and after that it should get disappeared from SupportAssist automatically.
I'm not very sure what kind of response you are referring here.
DELL Tech Support will not call you and asking of issue, you need to dial in based on your location as you have ProSupport Plus warranty your call will redirect to the right queue automatically and then thy will able to help you and in case any further escalation required they will do it accordingly.
Well, I opened this threat on the 17th of November. On the 18th of November, I also opened a support request via the Support Assist tooling as that is "the official way" of getting support. Including with my purchase, I bought additional 3 years of ProSupport plus which should be the highest level of support. I got my support case ticket but until now never got a response via my official ticket. The only response that I got was from you on this forum which is free as far as I know. Paid a lot of money for the additional support to never hear from them. That is my point.
I thank you for your time and support tho, since you were so kind enough to help me out.
The fix to the problem was to run the driver check via the dell online support portal. After doing so the local support assist tool finally worked as it was intended.
I really apologies the trouble which you are facing right now from support team that is due to COVID and limited resources but it was really nice to hear from you that your actual issue get resolved.

Hi @J. Relou
I would recommend you to click on RunAll button once and see if you are getting same driver recommendation again once scan get completed.
In case you are observing same behavior then please share your system service tag with me over private message.

hmmmm not sure about giving my service tag away to someone random on this support forum.
I'll take your advice and contact support via the tool.
Thanks again.

Hi @NikhilKiroula
Thanks for your reply.
I ran the RunAll function a couple of times already. This changes nothing, unfortunately... I will respond to you in a PM with my service tag.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @NikhilKiroula
I ran the "RunAll" function twice this morning.
Unfortunately, the driver is still popping up as an update ready to be installed.

I've got the XPS 17 9700 but have exactly the same issue as the OP. I've done everything that has been suggested here and nothing has worked.
It is only ever the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver that keeps popping up on the updates and it is getting rather annoying now.
