Your PC Ran into a problem

Everytime I start my laptop, it is showing the error

Your PC went into a problem and needs to restart.

It will restart and above screen would appear again, just seconds after I type my pin to see the desktop.

This would repeat many times until I'd shutdown my laptop.

Kindly suggest what is the solution in this case. Thanks..

Hi DellP102F:

Sorry, just noticed that no one has replied to your post yet.

If you still require assistance with this problem please let us know your your Dell computer model and Windows operating system.   Also let us know if there is additional information shown on the blue screen with this error (e.g., SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, etc.).

The MiniTool article Quickly Solve – Your PC Ran into a Problem and Needs to Restart includes some information that might be helpful, including troubleshooting steps you can take if your computer will boot into Safe Mode .  See the Revo Uninstaller tutorial at Boot Into Safe Mode.

I'd also suggest you run a F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) on-board hardware diagnostic from your Dell BIOS.  See the support article How to Run Dell Preboot Diagnostics and Hardware Tests on Your Dell Computer as well as the companion video Performing ePSA Diagnostics. If any ePSA test reports an error code (e.g., 2000-0132) write it down and post back to let us know the exact code(s).
