ok ...i found on one of local RPA1 as 2.4(b.114) and on remote RPA1 as 2.4(b.130)
whats the latest available upgrade level , whats that b.114 is a kind of service pack number ? do we need to maintain all RPAs at local and remote to same version and SP level ?
Recoverpoint 2.4(b.114) is a very old version and I recommend to upgrade your recoverpoint environment to Latest version 3.3.X. For that please find the below mentioned updrage path and note.
1) Recoverpoint Upgrade paths:-
From To Notes
3.1.X 3.1.Y Not supported
3.1.X 3.2.X 3.2.2 with latest patch recommended
3.1.X 3.3.X Upgrade to 3.2.2 first, then upgrade that to 3.3.X
3.2.X 3.2.Y Upgrades to 3.2.Y
3.2.0 3.3.X Upgrade to 3.2.2 first, then upgrade that to 3.3.X
3.2.X (X>0) 3.3.X Upgrade to 3.3.X
3.3.X 3.3.Y Upgrade to 3.3.Y
Note:
Depending on the current version of RecoverPoint being run, there are different paths to upgrade to 3.3. If you are running a version higher than 3.2.0, you can upgrade directly to version 3.3. If you are running version 3.2.0 or lower, you must first upgrade to 3.2.2, and then upgrade from 3.2.2 to 3.3.
2) b.114 represent the build number
3) EMC strongly recommends to maintain all the RPA's at same version on both local and remote site (RP code/Service Pack/Patch/build number, If applicable)
