OPEN REPLICATOR across different storage sub-systems
Hi,
Can we migrate data across different storage sub-systems?
Actually we have project to migrate data to EMC V-Max from a non-EMC storage array hence would like to know
if we have any option of using Open replicator for this mirgation?

Yes, you can transfer data homogenously or heterogeneously, between symmetrixs or symmetrix and qualified fiber channel array.can you specify what type of array your migrating from?

i guess you will have PS for this migration, they will recommend the best solution for your environment.
You may use emcopy , automove or autoclone.
Let us updated with the recommended approach that you will go for...
