slow disk performance
hello all.
we have DMX-3 and most of the LUN is responding ok. one of the LUN is responding very slow even wen the symetrix is now busy.
slow is responding time is from 60 to 250 mili second. at that time the LUN IO is 3 to 30 IO. the IO size is 8KB. there is no heavy operation on the other FA.
this LUN is SRDF and on the R2 have snap.
how do i make the respond time reasonably?

A lot contributes to performance, from the Host end, Symmetrix end and application activity. There are built in and add on software packages that both gather and manipulate resources. It sounds like you have great information to start in finding the differences or possible bottleneck.
