It steps through the concepts of Thin Devices and suggests best practises, also gives Solutions Enabler CLI, and SMC GUI examples of how to use thin devices.

well i was looking for a summary of points that act as a check list which we must follow for provisioning as per emc recommendations..

I believe this thread was already answered. Did you have a look at the responses from Dynamox and Nollaig?

could any one explain the emc recommendations on provisioning in symmetrix dmx & vmax.
