Disk is looking like normal disk but when tried to initialize it is failing.

looks ok. Anything in common that you can see between these devices that can not be initialized ?

Everything is same and OK, devices which can't be intialized and whch are intialized all have the same properties.
BCV host group is making any problem in here? I doubt.....

nah ..BCVs are in split state. Just for giggles ..can you unmask/unmap these "troublesome" devices and map them to a different address on FA ?

Yup That that is what exactly we have in our mind, this should work, but we are more concerned about to find why this happened.
