this is not customer accessible ...unfortunately.

There is a Primus solution which may help, it is emc177588, and it is a customer viewable solution. One way in which you can get to it would be to go to the Symmetrix Support website under Powerlink. Go to Powerlink the choose pull down Support then Support By Product. This will being you to a landing page that has a lot of Product Support pages, choose Symmetrix. Once there, choose Administration and there is a subsection for important Enginuity fixes that has Primus links to solutions for the latest codes.
