Backing up ITA 7.X

Is there a document on how to properly backup ITA (in order to keep alert configs, etc)? Is it just the database that's needed or are there files to keep as well?

The main file that you need to backup is this one:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\ITAssist_Data.MDF

Everything else can be reinstalled.  So if your system ever goes down, you'll need to reinstall IT Assistant.  Stop all its services in Windows, then delete the new ITAssist_Data.MDF file, replace it with the one that you have a backup of, then restart all the IT Assistant services.

This document is loosely related to the topic:  http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/solutions/remote_sql_server_ita7.pdf
