That is an awkward question to answer. While the term could be interchangeable, as the iDrac is actually a BMC controller, we haven't really used it as such since the 12th generation when the iDrac was embedded. Previous versions, such as the 11gen, the BMC was the embedded logic and the Drac card added features and a GUI.
