Cannot find some servers in the network
Hello,
I would like to ask another questions.
We added all the subnet information on the range of OME, and search the devices with SNMP protocol only. However, we cannot find many Citrix Hosts from the network.
I surely setup with the correct SNMP Protocol name and Ome Server on SNMP Services on each Citrix hosts, but only few servers are discovered proplery.
The are in the same subnet and same OS.
We used all DEll Servers for the Citrix hosts.
Would you please let us know any suggestion?

Hi Kris, thanks for the post.
First, you may be interested to know we have a dedicated OME forum. So please consider posting over there since we monitor it very closely.

OME can discover a Xen server provided that you have installed OMSA on it. Once you install OMSA, it should be discovered and placed in the server group.
You can also try the SNMP test on the OME Troubleshooting Tool.
