Cannot login - OpenManage Switch Administrator Web
Hi
Been working with this for a long time and still haven't figured out why I can't log in web of PowerConnect 5448. I am maintaining 11 DELL switches and I believe all of those are manageable (please correct me if I'm wrong).
4 Units - 5448
2 Units - 6224
5 Units - 5242
When I try to login, this is the page error
Please, I need help...I will change the IP of those switches because they interfere in our network. I believe all of these switches are configured in DHCP and eaten our occupied Local IP addresses.
Oh, and one more thing... Do I have to access all my switches in console switch? I don't have a console switch, so, Is there a way that I can login in web console of Switch Administrator?
And When I connect to telnet, this is the error:
Cannot authenticate user due to:
bad/missing configuration, inaccessible server, user low privileges.
Please reconfigure or use Password Recovery.
Please help
Thank you

or
3) The specified user has not been granted web administration privileges

I use the console and connect all the switches through Hyperterminal and configure the web console management.
Its working now...
The only problem is how can I disable VLAN because everytime I reboot the switches, it still appointing new IP address from our local IP range... I assigned a different range of local IP to al my switches but their still assigning new in VLAN.
Thanks in Advance

1. I connect the RS232 cross cable from the switch to server com1 port
2. Use hyperterminal as your console
3. boot the switch and configure the SNMP procedure.
4. Login web console management
That's it....
