Assuming DNS is used, sometimes it can take awhile for DNS changes to propagate, perhaps several hours or more. Performing the command:"ipconfig /flushdns" on the ITA services tier might help. Maybe try troubleshooting on name resolution using the command line using the "ping -a " on the ITA services tier to see if ip < - > name resolution is working as desired.

Try removing the items in ITA by right clicking on them and than re-inventory, rediscover.
