Client Firewall and IT Assistant

Question

Hello everyone thanks for any help on this.  We are using IT Assistant and trying to monitor a 2008 r2 server with SNMP.  If we disable the firewall and run a discovery/inventory the server shows up in IT Assistant. I'm trying to find which ports need to be allowed on the Windows Firewall on the 2008 r2 box to allow IT Assistant to see the box.  I have SNMP allowed as an exception.  Is there something else I need? Thanks again Mike

Mike, You will need to open port 161 and 162, as well as 1311. 161 will need TCP and UDP set for both. Let me know how it goes.
