DCIS System Driver Library Access Error

Question

I've installed the Dell Command Integration System on a server with the SCCM 2207 console installed.  When I use an account that has the role 'Operating System Deployment Manager', I get an error that 'the operation requires Full Administrator...' (screen shot below).    In the DCIS user guide, it states in the Prerequisites section that Operating System Deployment Manager should work. I do also have DCIS installed directly on the site server and if an account with the Full Administrator role is used, DCIS works. Should DCIS work with a delegated role as stated in the user guide or is the error message correct and Full Administrator is required?
