I'm not aware of something like enabling debug mode that would produce additional output for troubleshooting. That may exist, but I haven't heard of it and it may only be available with development access. You can find information about debug options available in the iDRAC manuals.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for in the various iDRAC and hardware logs then you can see what options are available for reviewing the debug log. I think you need to export a supportassist collection to extract the log. The latest manuals appear to be on the 3.21.21.21 support page.
