Dell iDRAC forcing logout
I have a Dell R740 server, running Windows, that was recently upgraded from Server 2012 R2 to Server 2016 through an in-place upgrade.
Since the upgrade wasdone, the iDRAC for the system has been displaying odd behavior. I can log into the iDRAC without issue, but after logging in, within 1-3 minutes the iDRAC will force a logout, requiring re-authentication.
This happens on any system that I use to log into the iDRAC.
The iDRAC is confirmed to not be restarting - I can log in again immediately after getting forced out, and the Lifecycle Log shows entried indicating the GUI session logged off, with no indication of an error or otherwise causing rhe logout. Connections through SSH or Redfish show the same behavior.
I have confirmed my timeout settings are set to the normal defaults.
I have updated the iDRAC to the most recent firmware available at this time (6.10.30.00), with no change to the behavior. I have performed a full reset of the iDRAC twice (once maintaining user and network settings, and once resetting to defaults), with no change to the behavior.
All iDRAC functionality seems to be working properly - except the fact that I cannot stay logged in.
Has anyone else seen anythinglike this, or any suggestions as to why this is happening?
