DELL R720xd can't install OS

Hi, people, the question is, when I try to install a OS on server, I've got this message, SWC0015, the system can not retrieve the OS adminited.

I try to update OS Deployment, but it doesn't work. I update the iDRAC to version 2.65.65.65, but the problem remains.

Thank for your help

Which controller you have on the server? If you have any of the "H310/H710/H710P/H810" controllers then you can download the driver from below link.

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=cfhfj&oscode=ws8r2&productcode=poweredge-r720xd

Once you downloads the EXE file, you can execute on your machine where you will get an extract option. You can extract the content to a USB key and follow below steps. PERC driver will be available on payload folder of USB key.

1. Power on the system and boot to the Microsoft Windows Server CD.
2. Follow the screen instructions until you reach the
"Where do you want to install Windows?" section.
3. Insert the floppy disk, CD-ROM, DVD, or USB flash drive that
   contains the driver files.
4. At the Load Driver sub-screen, click Browse.
Select the directory that has the controller driver files. Click OK.
5. At the Select the driver to be installed window, select the
appropriate driver for the installed controller/OS and Click Next
   to load the driver files.
6. After the driver loads you will return to the "Where do you want to
install Windows?" screen (partitions can be configured on this screen),
press "Next" again to continue the installation process as usual.

How are you trying to install "Dell OS Driver Pack". Can you try updating the same using iDRAC.

I fetch the list of version active on th iDRAC, and the OS Drivers pack appears 0 with the date 2015-05-21

I thougth the problem is, the OS Drviers pack is empty, but I can't update.

I believe this error is due to signature verification. This may be happening as driver pack for R720xd is old. Can you try to install the OS by directly booting to it.

Yes, I'm already tried, but it askme for the disk driver, and this server is in RAID 5. I'm really don't know how to find and make available the disk driver for the instalation.

Ok, I downloaded the file you mention, the server show this message. "Error (SUP0525) please Download the lastes package adminited for your system".

And that is always the same error

Hi freind, thank you for your help, it really works, now I got another issue, the problema is, my server is 40 tera of disk space, but when I install Windows Server 2008 R2, I only can acces to 2 TB, I know, I've to convert the partition disk, form MBR to GPT, but I really can't do that. The server use a RAID controller, and I just can build one virtual disk, after I installed the OS, the system not letme to change the partition from MBR to GPT, because is a disk 0 or start disk, so, I'm only can use 2 TB from 40 TB. How can I fixed this?

For this you need to change Boot mode to UEFI from BIOS and install the operating system
