I would like to ask help for my Dell H914N UPS.

The back FAN always on, both in normal mode and standby, it newer turn off, runs around 80%, in normal mode not turn off without load, it is too loud.

With load ant utility not present the FAN runs at 100%, its normal. 

Do you have any idea? It should turn off when battery at full and no load.
