Do you have problem with updates on http://support.dell.com

Question

I'm trying to update (bios, firmwar, drivers) on PER710 Servers. I tried with DELL Repository Manager but i had an error with the catalog (see post http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/systems-management/f/4469/p/19432091/20033830.aspx#20033830). I then tried with http://support.dell.com and downloaded manually updates but I noticed something very weird, on December 23, 2011, I downloaded  BIOS version 6.1.0 for PER710 and now for the same server, the latest BIOS version available (Jan 12, 2012) is 3.0.0. At this point I didn't compare everything but obviously there is a problem somewhere. Is it that you have problem with all your updates in general or is it that you have removed some problematic updates from your site? Thank you

Dell is transitioning our download management system right now and we are experiencing some growing pains so some downloads are broken currently.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we already know about the issue and I've been told that getting this fixed is the top priority for our IT teams behind the scenes - sorry I can't help much more on this one.
