DRAC II and Server Admin problem!!????

I have a dell PowerEdge 2500 with a DRAC II card. I recently installed Windows Server 2003.  The OS recognized the card and so did Server Administrator.  What server administrator didn't give me was the option to install remote access because it said no card was detected. I need this componenet so that I can set my user name and password for my card.  As it is now I connect to that card using the console and it prompts me for login info but there is none set (and they do not have a default login).  Can anyone help me out on this???

When installing Server Administrator, the Remote Access Service is for a DRAC III.  You need to select DRAC II for your server.  However, a DRAC II is not configurable and you cannot add users with OMSA.  You need to do this with IT Assistant.  You can also use the DRAC II command line utility called racconf.  Check your documentation CD.
