Emulate the iDRAC/LC for WSman scripting

Hello Dell forum,

I'm writing some python based scripts that'll quickly report back on firmware update and all bare metal deployment of OS's to the iDRAC/LC on 11th and 12th Gen Dell Servers. (yes, there are some dell scripts already available, but I wanted to package them up a little neater)

The issue I currently have is that I don't always have network access to an iDRAC interface as I am not always connected to my work Lab.  Do dell release an virtual image of anything to mock iDRAC interfaces for engineering applications which I could use?  I just need something to respond to wsman requests.
