Error running IT Assistant

Question

When I try to run the IT Assistant 7.0.0, I get the error box that indicates:   IT Assistant required that the Java heap size...   and ending with   Type: -Xmx256M   When I follow these instructions, and restart the ITA, it won't load and I get an error popup indicating that Java failed.  I have completely removed all the Java installations from my machine and reinstalled but this problem still occurs.

Sorry I can't help you any more than to say I got the same error but was able to add the java line and make it work.....  It maybe case sensative, try that.

I tried several case variations with no luck.  The product seems to work in spite of the warning.
